Just chiming in to say it's in my account, and has the release year in its name when it previously didn't have it.

I never played the game BTW, what's it about? Seems like a point and click, but they were never my forte.
Yep, it's back.

ssling: Why the (1992) though? Is there a surprise remake in the making? This game could actually use one.
Seems a bit strange though. I mean, is it really a title with enough of a following to warrant a remake? Maybe I was just always out of the loop on it, but I never even heard about it before picking it up as a freebie here, and it's not like I've seen it mentioned... pretty much ever by anyone since. This thread is probably the most attention it got in the last 25 years :D
I can still remember reading the Atari St & Amiga Format reviews for this game.

It got a lot of positive reviews in the day.

Same thing happened to me with one of the Uprising games and i think one of the Dreamfall games, when i was updating my offline installers, didn't show up on my game page but i could still find it by typing in the search. Eventually re-appeared again.

Title probably not but it's Revolution Software and revisiting their old IP's is all they do for years now. I would rather see remake of this than 4K remaster of Broken Sword. I believe Charles Cecil also speaks fondly of it in the audio commentary to Beyond the Steel Sky, and they included easter eggs from LotT in the game, so who knows. At least they remember.

I never heard of it before GOG either, but I found it weirdly enjoyable despite the technical issues, which is not something I can say often about games that old. I could even forgive this blatant clickbait of a title. The whole mechanic of puzzle solving through creating sequences of commands to achieve some goal was quite fun and refreshing. I don't recall anything like that from other games. Actually, now when I think about it, the hacking minigame in Beyond a Steel Sky is vaguely similar. They could use it as a template. I could totally see a potential in full blown remake of LotT in the same vein. Probably too expensive to happen though.

Yesterday the number of games in my library went down from 897 to 892. I was very worried, but a few hours later everything was normal again. Very weird.
