Glancing at the grid based system and using the banner saga engine, i'm not so sure about this game... At least it being a rouge-like, it doesn't feel like it qualifies to me.

Although i won't complain if it makes it's way here...

According to their website, if you pre-order, you get a digital download + a Steam key. So at the very least, Steam is not required...don't know if that means DRM-Free or not, but at least I wouldn't need to open a Steam account.

Still got my fingers crossed it'll come to GOG.

This does look very interesting and something I'd like to play. It's really dumb they don't want to bring it here, it'd be way-high on my to-get list once released, I think.
