My US favorite is a simple (but effective) pepperoni + cheese + mushroom, preferably made at a hole-in-the-wall sub & pizza shop. I don't particularly enjoy most American "gourmet pizzerias".

In Italy or France, I'd certainly go for a four-cheese, though. Another French favorite is the salmon + crème fraîche pizza.

Pepperoni, Chorizo and Onion or Chicken and Chorizo are both favourites.
Though it's hard to beat plain old pepperoni.
I am very open on this subject. I will never try pineapple or anchovies. Set them aside and I am a happy man. Also I am not fond of chicken and beef in pizza but I don't mind trying them in some recipes.

I love pepperoni pizza. Simple and delicious. I tried lately one pizza with mozzarella, tomato sauce and fresh tomato, pesto and basil, I liked it very much. Another favourite of mine is a pizza with olives, peppers, onions, feta cheese and sausage. In general, I am not very picky.

And now I'm hungry.
I like the most gyros pizza, also the more cheese it has, the better, yum!

Not yet mentioned: eggplant, ziti and ricotta.

I'm actually pretty good with any topping other than anchovies (too salty), bacon or pepperoni (too greasy), cheeses that don't melt (too weird) or any fruit (too sweet). Besides the ones mentioned above, I love mushrooms, olives, chicken, steak, and Monterey Jack.

feta, banana peppers, roma tomatos, real marinara sauce, basil. if i crave salty .. anchovies. yes. anchovies! i like a thick bread base, chewy with crisped edges, not this thin crust nonsense. heh im always open to other ingredients (no meat tho) as its just toasted bread with toppings, i sometimes like barbecue sauce, other veggies, a white pizza with no tomato sauce. ive read here shrimp tails as a topping, never heard of that or corn. its interesting to hear what others do

Anyone here ever had St. Louis style pizza?

If you don't live near St Louis, don't worry. Just go outside, find a big streaming pile of dog shit, and put it in your mouth. Same thing.
grilled zucchini + garlic + corn (cold)

cheese + radishes (cold)

cheese + dried tomatoes (cold)

I usually like some cold toppings on my pizza and not too much stuff on it.
