hahaha, made me laugh, thx :D

Actually, reasons to add mashed potatoes are pretty simple - with them, pizza will fill your stomatch for much more (see uself: you put mayo and ketchup on dough, then mashed potatoes, then lot of meaty stuff (I, personally, prefer chicken and ham), different species, depending your taste (onions and such), and then cover it all with cheese, completely).

On other side - I had recently holywar with my friend, who said, that such pizza isnt pizza anymore, but pie :S
