Geralt_of_Rivia: Providers often label the line speed in mb/s (megabits per second) while browsers usually show MB/s (megabytes per second) which is obviously very different from mb/s.

I'm downloading at my full line speed right now (which is 150 mb/s which amounts to about 18 MB/s). No problems on GOG's side at the moment from my point of view.

singhsahibg: I understand all these stuff.
While downloading from other website iget 20MBPS(MB/s). PS: I am a designer and a developer, so usually download and upload things.

nightcraw1er.488: Validate a game you pirated ??

singhsahibg: LOL, How and why would i download from GOG server a pirated game?
You talked about torrenting games, as there is no legal torrent for Gog games, or most stores, its fair to assume your talking about pirated ones.

dewtech: Usually the same speeds, but once I saw Galaxy download Witcher 3 at a weird and whopping 25MB/s
Our ISP used to have a 'speed boost' feature with certain subscription tiers, where they'd boost the DL speed for the first 2 minutes to sometimes over your rated bandwidth. I saw a similar thing when I DLed Titan Quest, but haven't seen it since. Not sure if our ISP still has this feature though.

singhsahibg: I am facing this issue in gog downloader bro.
Can you check you don't have 'Download Speed Limit' set in GOG Downloader settings.
Can't check the speed issue for my connection is a slow one.
