Most of the games on here that are 10 I think are fair and some a great value.

Only a few games stand out as being overpriced to me, which are mostly Ubisoft games.

I think the prices are absolutely fine for what we get

GOG makes sure the games work on todays computers, run this site so we can access the games/have support/have a community, and also continue to offer us deals and new games/publishers

I mean, it costs more to get a packet of smokes, a bottle of alcohol, some fast foods, junk food for snacks, etc.
No matter what you sell a game for, someone else will always sell it cheaper. You have to settle for a sum, and in GOG.com's case, it's 5.99 and 9.99, which are both very cheap and complaining about prices that low will get you nowhere, unless you want to sound like a spoilt brat. The prices are brilliantly low as they are, and if you don't think 9.99 is low enough for you, wait for a sale. One guy's treasure is another guy's trash, so there will always be people who value the game lower or higher than you, and GOG can't possibly take this into account.

Two pricepoints makes it easier for publishers. Pricing games at an invidivual basis would only lead to chaos on GOG.com, and making it a far less attractive place to shop for games.
I agree with OP, and I think it's a very subjective matter so it has nothing to do with being a spoilt brat please ;)

First, 6$ gogs are as good, are as DRM free, include as many expansions, and require as much time from Gog staff as 10$ gogs!

It's the publishers that decide obviously. But I wouldn't be surprised if 10$ gogs sold significantly less than 6$ ones.

Personally, I am much less ready to buy a 10$ gog full price than a 6$ gog. I don't know why, it's all psychological. Maybe it has to with the fact I don't really value the no-DRM side (sorry), so when I compare with prices on Steam for example, 6$ remains a good price point, but 10$ is a much more competitive market.

That's it, it's just my opinion, I'm not complaining ;)
