Well shit, since we're all dishing out our PKD preferences, might as well mention my unnatural liking for The Three Stigmata of Palmer Eldritch. Not my favourite sci-fi book, though, I think that title goes to The Forever War. Nam in space, heavy man!

My favourite sci-fi book is either Dune or The Foundation series... I can't really decide.
As for my favourite sci-fi movie... it's also hard to decide, but from the recent ones I've liked Cloud Atlas the most.

sci-fi movie: Matrix(but only the first one which is a true masterpiece. The sequels while good and re-watchable tried too hard to outdo the original)

sci-fi book: Dune(I know that the other giant is the Foundation, but I haven't read it, yet.)

Film: Blade Runner, not really a fan of sci fi movies.
Book: Hard to choose, but if I should pick just one it would probably be Olaf Stapledon's Star Maker, with honorable mentions going to The Man in the High Castle, More than Human and The City and the Stars.

Book: Honor Harrington series.
