One of my earliest gaming memories is playing Super Mario Bros. on the old Nintendo with my aunt who bought it for me. We had a little ritual from then on, playing together every other morning.

An early memory I have is watching my brother play King's Quest. We'd sit in front of the computer, and I just sat mostly in silence in awe of what was happening on the monitor. It was awesome to see how you could type anything into the parser (even if responses were limited). It got me sucked into adventure games at an early age. I loved the idea of solving puzzles.

As for one of my earliest gaming experiences, that was on an Apple II I think, but I cannot tell you what was happening, I was too young.

One of my first clear memories was of fighting with my brothers and sister for time on my uncle and aunt's computer to play Lode Runner, which still remains one of my favourite nostalgia plays to this day!
