I get an error every time I try to uninstall any GOG game. I get a window error and the game doesn't uninstall. This happens with all the games of my library.

When I try to uninstall any game I click on "Yes" on the window "Are you sure you want to completely remove Torchlight and all of its components?", and then I get an error window saying "Runtime Error (at 226:321): Unknown method.", I click "Ok" the unistallation window closes and the game keeps installed in my system.

I've tried rebooting my pc, reinstalling the game to the same location, tried to uninstall games in safe mode, disabling antivirus, but nothing works, I can't uninstall any game.

Please help, because i don't want to format my hdd every time I need to uninstall a GOG game.

I'm running Windows 7 SP1 x64.

Have you tried Revo Uninstaller? This is a free uninstall program for Windows that can help remove programs if the original uninstaller didn't work. Below is a link, and the free version is on the left side (version 1.9.5).

http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html

The program also checks to see if there are any "leftovers" in the Registry. But only make these changes to the Registry if you know what you're doing.

What antivirus do you use? Could you run a complete system check with it (and perhaps another antivirus application as well; perhaps Kaspersky Rescue Disk, which you boot from a CD).

There's a risk (not neccesarily, but possible) that a virus has infected the uninstall program(s) or interferes with the uninstallation process.
Does this happen with any other programs you try to uninstall, or just GOG games?
I think this is something you may want to talk directly to GOG support about. It could be that there's something corrupt in the registry or a file the it can't access properly or perhaps you PC has a virus.

You could try scanning your system for errors. Open a command prompt as administrator (from start go to All Programs then Accessories and right-click Command prompt and click Run as administrator). Then when the command prompt shows type this: sfc /scannow

You could also try running MalwareBytes and seeing if that finds any malware.

If you are unable to uninstall any games through the Windows Control Panel, try going to the games' install folder and double click on the uninstall.exe file.

If you have issues trying to run the uninstall.exe file, try Right-click on file and choose "Run as Administrator". If you still have issues then ask for help from GoG support, or even Microsoft support to track down where the issue may be.
But why would you want to do something like that ?

To make room for Sacrifice.

Just delete the game folder and clean the registry. That's about as much as an uninstall will do.

Yeah, but that's small, it can't be the reason .

This, there are uninstall applications in each game's folder.
Thanks for the tips guys, but no success. I've run Malwarebytes and sfc /scannow and all was clean and ok. I got in contact with support team 2 times but no luck with their advice. I've also tried ccleaner and running unins000.exe as a administrator but it didn't work. I've also done a "clean boot" using msconfig but the error remains.

I use AVg 2014 as antivirus, but I disable it when I install / uninstall a gog game.

Any new ideas for solving my problem' Thanks in advance.
I agree with IronArcturus. RevoUninstaller is quite neat for uninstalling stuff completely, including those programms/games that give you problems. At least that's been my experience.

Usually these errors will happen when a file/command required to uninstall cleanly is missing or misplaced from where it needs to be. So for them to help you, it would require them to talk to their package development team and diagnose the uninstall script. These lines of code, those files/dlls, this folder...it all goes back to those things.

The problem with Revo is that it's more of a force uninstall and that you shouldn't have to install 3rd party software to wing it, GOG should be able to locate this error and help you fix it. I'm surprised that they weren't able to. As a last resort Revo will work, but the problem is something else and should be diagnosed + repaired. There's some vital information missing that will make all of this an "AHA!" issue.
