Hi folks,
I'm quite new to the forum so maybe this seems like bit of a rush. But wouldn't it be better if the "General Discussion" forums would be further seperated (or advance on a higher level)?
There a dozens of different thread topics here: Games, Offtopic, Reallife Stuff, GoG News and especially the famous Giveaway threads....
And I personally think this take overhand. There is just no possibly way to keep a clean sight what is what.
Therefore I "demand" more Subforums so users can concentrate on there interests and their topics are not "flushed away" by hundreds of Giveaway threads (not that there is anything bad about them :)) ;)
What is your opinion? :)

Honestly it's a bit of a split between those who want it and those who don't. There's a thread hovering around here "Title: Greasemonkey" with an add-on that you can use to hide certain topics.

We need a separate forum for this topic. :P

I will re-phrase. If anyone decides to look through, i dunno the 1st 8 pages or so, they will see there are still active conversations on this very question. "for fucks sake AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" shows my frustration in general, as no matter which side of the fence you sit, none of us can do anything about it, as it is beyond our control. I would hope that it is obvious that the remark is NOT aimed at the op - unless my common sense is different to every1 elses.

I'm one of those that like all the topics together. With forums like this, I find out things of interest that I otherwise would've never noticed. Welcome to GOG forums, we appreciate your desire to be a part of this community! Enjoy the people and don't take anything too hashly. It's really a great community at heart! +1 Though I don't like swearing in general, I appreciate the sentiment. +1

I'm sorry if I overviewed (you don't mind the pun ;)) an topic that already discusses this matter ;) Does anybody have a link? A quick search didn't give me anything but there are quite a lot of usable keywords....

And yes, the request in the OP is rushed. To keep a place clean one must help the others: this thread is EXACTLY the kind of garbage that makes this place a mess.

Next time you want to make a suggestion, please look first:
- the community wishlist
- other threads asking the same thing.

That being said, and again, no. I feel fine in a place like this.

As annoying as the thread is I say we cut our friend some slack based on his time here and his avatar. While I've always preferred Daffy to Donald, Donald had the better family tree and was always way more funny to hear talking dirty.

To OP, nobody is holding anything against you, however this 'sub-forums' question , in spite of its legitimacy, arises once every two weeks (or so) so ... harsh-y reactions may occur.

The most important thing being : welcome to the forums TheMechanist, don't woory there isn't any other plate to put your feet in :).
