GIVEAWAY CLOSED

Greetings once again. I am here to do a quick weekend promo giveaway, where you have the chance to win any game of your choice from the current "Square Enix Supply" promo. Who will you be - the rebellious agent J.C. Denton, or the master thief Garret? Or maybe some other Square Enix hero? It's your choice.

RULES FOR ENTRY:

-No rep or join date requirements
-Enter in for yourself or someone else who is in
-Choose any game from the Square Enix promo with a normal price of $10 or $6. There will be one winner for each price. (So you could be one of two winners, there you go!)
-For some extra fun and participation, describe your past experience with a Square Enix game if you've already played it.
-The giveaway ends on Monday at approximately 10:00 AM EST, so if you want, you will still have time to pick up the game of choice from the promo if you didn't win it.
-And for the sake of common sense, you must have actual interest in playing the game of your choice in order to enter. Do not redistribute the gift code you receive if you win it. I can see who redeems my codes, so no cheating!

That is all. Good luck!

Thanks for your generosity, BillyMaysFan!

Please, count me in for Omikron: The Nomad Soul . ;)

About your request, I still remember the first time I ran Deus Ex. I was expecting a shooter of sorts at the time, misleaded by the comments of some friend, so when I saw (sorry, I must say it as I felt so) the ugly graphics and the need for an inventory, I was kinda disappointed. But this one was indeed a case of "looks can be deceiving" as I kept playing and grew quickly fond of its gameplay. Soon, as you may have guessed, I was one of that legion of players who love the game. :)
I'm in for Startopia.

I have had many experiences with Square Enix games. Having played a few of them (e.g. final fantasy, Deus Ex HR, Tomb raider), my personal favourite would have to be Deus Ex HR. The atmosphere was great as it drew me into it's futuristic world. I liked the fact that you could complete mission using different methods, which helped make the gameplay interesting.

I loved the game so much that I even bought a copy of the original deus ex hear on GOG.:)

Thanks for giveaway.

I'm in for Thespian*, please! Thanks BMF59 +1

I've loved Deus Ex for a long time, but I'm going to mention Startopia as having taken me by surprise. I didn't really know much about it, but I "discovered" it through GOG and like it so much that I think I'm going to give it away at some point :D
thanks for the GA, plz count me in for Deus Ex GOTY edition

well most of the square games actually accompanied me through most of my youth, deus ex, final fantasy, thief and others and whenever i think back about which games i liked back then in a certain genre its most likely a square title popping up as first

Thank you. I'm in for Hitman contra.... wait that isn't in the promo, Hitman 2: Silent Assassin then :D.

I'm a more old school console player experienced with Squaresoft rpgs like Final Fantasy and such and the few USA released Enix games like the good Ogre Battle: March of the Black Queen.
I really enjoyed those older rpgs when I was a kid, and I tried to like the newer final fantasy games, like 12/13, but it just doesn't feel the same.
Overall, I'd say the squaresoft/enix rpgs are pretty good overall, I don't think any have really been 'just bad' like other companies.
Hello please count in for Thief: Gold, I'm interested in playing because I have the second sitting on shelf, I've playing it a few times but never really gotten too far. I would like to start from the first one and then at some point install the second one and complete that.

Thank you :D

Now for past experience in a Spuare Enix game. I remeber watching my brother playing Tomb Raider 1 on PS1 and getting to the lost valley and seeing the T-Rex for first time it was a very frighting experience, he found a spot where you climb up and all you need to do is stand theerer and shoot it, the T-Rex couldn't ever hurt you. Also, I recently picked the game up for myself on the pc, the T-Rex wasn't as scary as it used to be. Anyway I used that same stratgey to take it down.

I'm in for Project Eden. Thanks. +1
hmmmm

I think I'm going to add this to the giveaway:

You may enter for a $10-worth game or a $6-worth game of your choice from the Square Enix promo. There will be one winner for each price.

There, that makes more sense I think.

Here's an appropriately named 80's song, which is now my theme song for this weekend promo ;)

Indeed people are generally enthusiastic about Omikron, that's the reason I decided to choose this one, as I hadn't the opportunity to play it at the time. ;)

(besides, a game depicting David Bowie as one of its characters can't be a bad one!) :D
Thanks for the giveaway. I'm in for Tomb Raider 4+5.

The first Square Enix game that I played (that I could remember) was the first Tomb Raider, recently I played and finish TR Legend and TR Underworld, very much like Legend while finding Underworld to be somewhat boring and tedious (mainly for the lack of good action), anyway this is the reason I want to play some of the older TR titles.
Count me in for Omikron: The Nomad Soul, thank you.
I'll go for Tomb Raider 1+2+3
I have a long relationship with Square, ever since FFIV on the SNES and I've played every FInal Fantasy game ever since and even though Square had let me down with the XIII series,I'll continue to support them
