We're about on equal terms here. My knowledge on soccer is sparse at best *winks and tries to look encouraging*
I've attached an image of our current formation (including player and GOG names for ease of use) in order to better envision the different positions.
It doesn't matter much. Our team manager (KneeTheCap) is going to rewrite most of it anyway and send you the result as response, which you just want to accept ;)
Our standard contract currently looks like this:
4000€ Wage with 500€ Match/Goal/Assist/Clean sheet prize for 2-3 seasons. Good Prospect for the future team role, club paying our house expanses, the manager clause, and an 9 days inactivity.

For starters, I think we should focus team trainings on the core skills:
Stamina
Speed
Technique
Game Vision
Positioning
(Short) Passing
I will personally be spending some time (only Saturdays for now) on:
Dribbling
Long Shots
Stamina
Speed
Technique
Game Vision
Positioning

I don't mind WHO sets it, as long as one of you three does :p
I agree, with a slight variation.
I'd like you to change Saturday to 3*Position and Sunday to 3*Stamina first and most important of all (though I'm less concerned on Saturday, because I need to rake in some fitness anyway).
Having a goal keeper specific team training is pretty much a waste in my eyes and the team should profit a lot more from Stamina than from speed right now (because nmillar has a dependency on Stamina, but not on Speed and Stamina might save us some Fitness training, which would seriously help to increase the training efficiency).
Monday and Tuesday 3*Technique are fine, but I'd switch Wednesday to 3*Technique (given the overall importance of the skill) and then see how we should continue further.
Mainly I'd like to apply the following weighted training:
Technique - very high
Game Vision - high
Positioning and Stamina equally sharing the third place
Occasionally Short Passes, Speed, Long Passes and Heading

I too am open to slight adjustments to training. But if you look at KneeTheCap's Technique it become quite obvious why he is not so keen to train it. :-)
Now I have changed Friday training to Stamina s it's what I have there. :-) But I am going to cahnge that. On the other hand, who is going to stick with Saturday training and not train fitness. Fujek is going to train fitness and I am as well as I ahve warning about it being low. So maybe if most of us will train fitness it would be benefical to nmillar to leave GK training there.

After next season J. Kankkunen will leave GoG FC, since I promised that to my previous manager. But, GoG FC will receive Joakim Laakso to it's roster :)

I'm gonna go with team training, but make sure last two before match on Sunady are Fitness, so fitness is back up for the game.
Agree that team training set to GK is a waste - don't we all need the physical stuff first? Stamina and Speed?
