The server has been updated to the latest version; alongside with this came 3 (new) maps which have been also added to the rotation and vote lists:

plr_nightfall_final
pl_frontier_final
koth_lakeside_final

Donations are still open; as usual, either via http://bit.ly/gom-donate or by PayPal at gom.donate [at] gmail [dot] com. We need just $5 more.

A game is also scheduled for tonight starting at 8PM GMT.

The server has been paid for March. Big big props to bazilisek and Ubivis for their donations which covered more than half the needed money.

Donations are now open for April, with the closing date being the 3rd of April. Unfortunately, due to currency exchange rate fluctuations we now need to get to $24 (around £14 as the total cost per month got to £13.72).

As usual, donations can be made either via the website or by PayPal at gom.donate [at] gmail [dot] com. The downside to donating directly via PayPal is that the counter on the website doesn't get updated so I'd appreciate it if that will be the preferred means of donating.

Thanks! When I logged in earlier it didn't go as a normal update but applied itself when Steam was restarted.

The server should now be on the latest version.

I'm downloading TF2 again. I might join in an event if it happens while I'm online, but I'm mostly redownloading it because someone told me bots were added.

Bots have been in it for quite some time, they aren't a brand new addition. There are restrictions with them, though, such as you cannot get any achievements whilst playing with bots.

Some plugins have been updated so now hopefully the mapvote will work properly. Also, there are no longer any sounds being downloaded from the server.

Donations are open and encouraged; due to some lovely circumstances (my laptop screen breaking like a bitch that it is) I won't be able to pay for the server this month.
