Heh-hum.. (I hope my better half never sees this post)

I went on kind of a shopping spree, adding 34 games to my already insurmountable backlog, as well as 16 (or more?) games to give away here on GOG..

Even though I bought games I'd probably not buy at "full" price (calling it full price after seeing the price tags in the shops here feels weird) I did get some gems like BS4, LBA 1&2, UU 1&2, ArmA, JA2 UB, RoA 1-3, EJ 1&2 etc. With so many games I won't even have time to go out to spend any money, so it's actually an investment (yeah, sure, if it makes me feel better.. huh)

Why I bought them? Um, well, I didn't already have them..? - and I needed moar..? t'was on sale? (most women seem to think this is a perfectly valid reason that doesn't even have to be explained - unfortunately my better half isn't one of those)

Dungeon Keeper 2 and afterwards Dungeon Keeper 1, just to make sure i didn't regret not buying the first one. :P

DK2 is the reason i joined GoG. I had a lot of fun with it, when i was younger, but i couldn't remember that much about it and i never completed it. Now it's time to give it another try. I've already spended around 4-5 hours on the first 5 levels. :P

:) Now I understand how the GOG model works.

LOL! :D well the stuff woulda probs cost me $400 if it weren't on sale. Besides, ive got enough to keep me busy untill i have enough for a graphics card.

That said, The games you buy here are priceless, one cannot describe the nostalgic feeling of finding a game you lost for 8 years or 10 years and then finding it again.

I bought them because I'd like to have them and intend to play them. Of course I have quite a backlog already and won't play them but they were cheap. And yes, I know they will probably be discounted next year too and I won't have finish them all by then.

Nothing from GoG this holiday sale for me. I have most the classics I want already, and the ones I still want are still a bit too pricy imo (despite being great games).

Once the D&D RPG's/Capitalism 2 drop down from their 9.99 pricepoint I'll pick them up on a sale :)

On a classic note, I did buy UFO: Terror from the Deep elsewhere and have been enjoying that. GOg really should pick this series up.
