for anyone thinking about the price , let me tell you the documentary is worth the price alone i was able to get the 2012 af thanks to a friend and i still watch the video today , nothing is as fun as watching a game being developed
I guess I'm the only sucker that went in for the Blu Ray set... >_>
A lot of great pitches, but so far I am leaning towards:

Mnemonic which seems like a great concept with a lot of potential having a protagonist with amnesia in a noir setting with the whole mystery angle to the story being revealed in layers is very appealing. Its been so long since Grim Fandango and I really want more noir inspired adventure games.

Steed just seems like a really fun concept and I love the inspirations for the game being Disney art style and horseplay mechanics, carrying inept heroes on quests and being the real savior really sounds appealing, kinda reminds of Don Quixote.

What Could Go Wrong is every horror fan's dream, who doesn't shake their head in disbelief on the stupidly of all the teens and their bad decisions in movies. This game will give us a chance to finally have a say in how a horror movie scenario plays out which would be awesome if done right.

Other pitches that also look very interesting are Ether, Great Spirits, Dear Leader and Fathomless I wish we could vote on more than three. :)

Fathomless. Hands Down.
I ended up voting for:

ExtraTerrarium
Gone Astray
Mnemonic

If I had one more vote, it would have been for Great Spirits.
After reading over the Double Fine forums, where the pitch makers have been going into more detail about their ideas, I switched up and voted for Dear Leader, What Could Go Wrong, and Mega Rad Karate Troopers. I found it much tougher to pick these compared to the last AF.
It's been narrowed down to 10 finalists -

Breach
Dear Leader
Derelict
Eras of Adventure
ether
ExtraTerrarium
Mnemonic
Project 行
Steed
What Could Go Wrong

Everyone please vote for Mnemonic, the game needs to happen. It has the potential to be developed into a great full game by double fine, a spiritual successor to Grim Fandango. The other two I voted for are What Could Go Wrong and Steed. All the 10 games are quite interesting and it will be cool to see whichever three get made as prototypes. :)

I was rooting for that one as well. Oh well - they all sound so interesting. I really wish they could make them all. Every single one sounded appealing to me.

My final votes -
Breach
Eras of Adventure
ExtraTerrarium (my number one)

So you guys what are your predictions for the top 3 games that are gonna be made into prototype this year out of the 10 finalists? Based on the popularity in the forums I think Dear Leader, Derelict and What Could Go Wrong are gonna be the top picks.
Who knows. The pitches are really strong this year and the finalists are not that far apart from each other.

I think Dear Leader and Steed have probably the widest appeal.
Voted What Could Go Wrong, Mnemonic, and Derelict. I'd be thrilled to see Steed make it as well, though, and wish I could've voted for a fourth so I could cover that.

Voted Little Pink Best Buds for Ward's game, because it sounded like the exact sort of weird unnerving thing I like seeing out of him. Suspect it'll be No More McDonald's, though.
Voted for

No More McDonalds

Derelict
Eras of Adventure
ether
I voted for:

Ether
Breach
ExtraTerrarium

In that order
