A few weeks ago, I noticed on the website of a local game store that it still had Homeworld and Homeworld 2 in stock. As a RTS fan who already heard a lot about this game, but never had the chance to play it, this seemed a good chance. After hesitating for a while, I finally decided to order it last Monday. So, what do you guess? It's now up and running (and runs great for an old game on win 7), and though I'm just at the training, it looks fantastic :)

So, to give something back, I decided to host a small giveaway. Post your favourite space-themed picture (games, movies, real space pictures, it doesn't matter) here to enter, the winner will be decided by random.org on Sunday.

I have codes for the following games, the winner may chose one of them:

Divine Divinity (GOG.com)
Legend of Grimrock (steam)
The Binding of Isaac + Wrath of the Lamb (steam)

EDIT: the giveaway ended. Daynov was the winner and got Legend of Grimrock.

Not in, as I own already DD and LoG on GOG (thanks, pH7 & ISC!) and I don't use Steam, but thanks and +1 for your generosity, sibberke!

Enjoy the wonderful Homeworld series! (I hope you got the Cataclysm expansion, too?) ;)

Also, a little promotion in the Giveaways' Directory:

Hey, you should also get Homeworld: Cataclysm, I think it's even much better than Homeworld 2 and almost as good as the first one.

Yes, Homeworld has 3 parts:

Homeworld
Homeworld: Cataclysm
Homeworld 2

Also, +1 rep to you for the giveaway. :)
I have those but I wanted to chime in and share the love for Homeworld. I have always had a dinasaur PC so when that game came out and actually worked on my system and actually looked and sounded as good as it did I was totally floored. Both 1 and 2 can be hard as hell but I still find myself loading it up just so I can pause it and look at the mothership.

and +1 for the giveaway. Warning to whoever gets DD...It doesn't look that great but when that game gets it's hooks in you it doesn't let go. Say goodbye to your social life!
