SIDE NOTE, make sure you patch Homeworld 2. It makes an impossible mission possibe. I forget which one but even hardcore gamers have posted that it was just way too hard without the patch.

A friend and I discovered Homeworld, and were just blown away by it. True 360 rts in space? Heck yes! The only problem was that I find it hard to play space-based rts that are 2d like sins/galciv, etc. that and the frustrating lack of availability for both it and Freelancer.

Unfortunately, it's only the base game and not Cataclysm. I've checked it, and they don't sell it at the store (they sell Homeworld 2, though), so getting the expansion will be a bit harder. But who knows, maybe in the future...

Also, there are some nice pictures (I love the Hubble ones!).

But do you have Cataclysm?!


edit: oh, I see, you don't have cataclysm :P It's pretty hard to get today... I have only Homeworld 2, so I envy you anyway :P
