If you did a full install of your CD version, you can edit the CDPath line in DeusEx.ini to say CDPath=..\ and that will remove the disc check. I did it a long time ago.

So i'm going to get my physical done(blasted procedure be damned) when I find this on the body of a dead NSF trooper.

Good sir, I think I should inform you that there is indeed no augumentation in that slot. You seem to have not realized it yet.

The fraps screenshot button matches the button for one of the augs....that's why it's in every shot almost.

Really? I just got it because I wanna be able to throw cars around like the hulk. :D

There's a certain melee weapon you find as part of the storyline that basically makes every other melee weapon obsolete (except the Baton for pacifists) and Combat Strength is just overkill combined with that weapon. (Unless you feel insane and want to hack enemy mechs to pieces. (Which I always do because I use Shifter and like the skill point bonuses from it. Also, Shifter combines the two Arm augs and adds another one, Electrostatic Discharge, to replace Combat Strength.(Electrostatic Discharge causes melee attacks to do EMP damage.) ))
