Dear staycationists, we’re pleased to present you the next set of tour packages from our ‘Interplay Summer Staycations’ offer. Our offering is known for loads of fun and really low prices, and that’s not just marketing bla bla, but it has been approved by the Staycationist's Union of Perpetually Excited Raconteurs*! In honor of our endorsement by S.U.P.E.R, we're using an excessive amount of exclamation marks in this newspost!

Pheace: Looks like I'll be stuck with one purchase for this Staycation sale :/

GameRager: You seriosuly found nothing you wanted besides one game this sale? :(
Already had Fallout 1+2, out of the rest, 1, seriously.

You're missing out on SO MANY awesome games.

Perhaps, but most of these I didn't play because they didn't fit my tastes. Aging doesn't help without nostalgia. That's why I only have about 11 games on my wishlist, and Freespace 2 was one of them :)

I agree on the nostalgia bit, but sometimes it's fun to try new genres...amiright? :)

And Freespace 1/2 ftw? :D
Isn't "six-degrees-of-freedom".. well, not much?
avatar
Gilou: So actually the whole staycation will be a 50% promo on the Interplay catalogue with the different packages and the story?
Nope. AFAIR, more sales coming in July. Summer is a loooong time, actually :).

The 3 other are rotation in X+- Y+- Z+-

Maddog1: On one side, shame there are no extra promos.
On the other hand, I have spent a ton of money already, better for my wallet to keep it this way.
I already bought 5 games during the Interplay promo. Only bought 6-8 during the 2010 holiday sale, so this is almost as good. And who knows, I may break down and buy a few more...

Edit: Screw it, just purchased 3 more, which makes this sale as good or better than the xmas one :)

How many times have the Interplay games been on sale? Plenty. Honestly it surprises me I still see people with forum join dates of 2009/2010ish go 'ZOMG, t3h Fallout games on sale!!!' There are people that don't already own these?
Am confuse. Is just talk about previous deals?
avatar
Gilou: I am confused: are there any new promos with this new package?
avatar
GameRager: This is just a suggestion of a good package to buy from the promo for action-fps/etc fans.
Oh, I am see now. Forget I speak.

An axis is a line, and not a segment or half-line (line that has a beginning but no ending). There's one X axis that goes from negative infinite to infinite, one Y axis, and one Z axis. :) Are you sure you're not making a confusion with quadrants in the Cartesian plane?

I think it is understandable, as since the "GOG 1st birthday buy 1, get 1 free" promo Interplay games went on sale only during the large '09 Xmas sale; aside from that, zero times, not even in last year's Christmas promo.
