My guess is he scammed the key from someone just to prove a point.

Promise goods, take payment, don't deliver goods. That's the most basic definition of fraud, every country has experienced it, and every country has a law against it.

The stronghold key was given by me for a trade, looks like I has been tricked. T.T....my poor key, I has been been tricked 2/3 times already in trade...is there any more secure trading platform...?

No, if he carries on I'm going to personally mount the charge to see him prosecuted. It was his last warning. It's entirely possible that the wheels are turning as we speak, it's not like I'm the only one that can contact authorities and place charges.
