My first GOG milestone has been completed. Next stop 150 days. (I believe that's two stars) My respects to the GOG team, and all you great users! :-) Been here 50 days!

So now the question is: Where do you trade-in your rep for money?
Congratulations and +1 for ya ;)

I don't know. if 1 rep point =100 $, that means, we can all get rich!

Congrats, but i still don't get what the rep is all about. What exactly do you do with it? What is the purpose of it?
Where? I don't mind you correcting me, it's good to improve my English.

I don't know. Maybe It's a unit of measure for milestones. Maybe I should change 150 rep to 150 days.

You typed congratulation when it's supposed to congratulations.

There is really no purpose to it - after the initial burst you accumulate one point for every 1 day you post (though sometimes I think I've accumulated more on a day without up-repping, but I'm not sure); if people up/down-rep your post it goes up or down; if you answer a question on the forum and get marked as the solution, you get 5 points.

The points give you nothing tangible, but signify how active/helpful you are in the forums.

True.

Rep means nothing, represents nothing and you get nothing for it. It is just a number they put under your name to fill space. You get one rep point for every day you post in the forums, 5 rep points for having a post of yours marked as a solution and an indeterminate amount of rep when one of your posts gets high rated. The stars indicate 50, 250, 500, 1000 and 5000(?) rep. There was rumor when the rep system first launched that the first person to get the maximum amount of stars would get a prize, but I don't know if that ever happened.

Wrong. There are 'rep4cash' vendors out there who are more-than willing to allow you to trade-in your rep for the sweet, sweet monies.

It's the local Achievement system. It had to be put on the forums since the games here don't have such a feature(/hindrance). You use it to fill the void inside your heart.

somegamer786: True.
There was a rumor that the first forumer to 5 stars would get something and a forumer did get there, but I don't know if he got anything.

EDIT: Nice, I partially ninja'd cogadh and he partial ninja'd me :)

Alright, I edited my post ;) It's however not the only mistake I'll make, for sure.

Also, didn't you forgot "be" in your sentence?
