i played mk2 on 486, still my favorite fighting game, all that blood at such a young age, it sure put hair on my chest.

I disagree. It's a very good game, but I think Donkey Kong is the best game ever.

Moonstone: A Hard Days Knight beats MK any day, rips its head off and roasts it with dragon's breath on a spike while boars maul the rest of the body.

Wrong, the best game of all times is "The Sims." What other game so accurately determined who was and was not a dangerous psychopath as the sims?

i disagree about MK, but i think the sega genesis is the greatest console ever.

MK was a great series, up until MKII, MKIII was shit.

But, you're definitely right about MK not being the best ever. It was fun, but I spent more time on Sonic and Virtua Racing than I did on MK.

I'm not sure that any of those games deserves such a lofty title.

Phantasy Star II is the best Genesis game, hands down.

I absolutely loved Comix Zone. It was such a beautiful game and in my opinion it still holds up well to this day.

I always thought it was the best game in the series. I loved the combo system introduced in MKIII.

Mortal Kombat started sucking at 4. :P

But I must admit the new one is great.

I actually preferred Killer Instinct to MK. I thought Killer Instinct 2 was awful though. As for MK, I thought 2 was the best, followed by 3, followed by 1.

Which game was it where they first nerfed the infinite sweep-kick thing? That always annoyed the hell out of me.
