First of all, I think this installer is kind of a bad idea. I didn't need it to download Blood and the game was transferred just fine. I currently can't download Duke Nukem 3D: Atomic Edition after having purchased it because;
After downloading Adobe AIR, and the gog.com installer, (I saved these files to disc) there is no more instructions on what to do next. I tried clicking the shortcut for the gog.com installer, but my computer says it cannot open the file til' it knows what created it. I used the web service to find what type of file created it, and the results come back saying it's an unknown type of file, and that windows does not recognize it as a type of file.
Unfortunatly the topic relating to problems with the GOG.com installer was not in laymens terms, and some techno jargain was used and I am unaware what exactly I'm being told to do. Not sure if that is even the particular problem in this case.
Anyone have any ideas of what I am to do next? And again, no offence but I would like to stress that I think the installer is an unnecissary complication that is just causing more problems.
