3rd: Developer is still in existance.
4th: Game Mechanics aren´t totally revealed to the player.
5th: Speed is one of the main themes in this game.

6th: It got no ice level.
7th: No "normal" Rock, Paper, Scisorrs-system...
8th: Part of a "franchise"
9th: Very good A.I., although there are many "totally wrong"-passages.
10th: Game got a dark athmosphere.
11th: It´s quite a linear game.
12th: Was the first finalized game of its developer.
13th: Game is out of the classic era of gaming.
14th: Added new, but not very popular features to its genre.
15th: Got big explosions.
16th: Nobody (on GOG.com) would be upset if this would be released here.

21th: Even today game´s graphics are impressive, although there are no shadows (even no pre-calculated) in this game.

For example Arcane Studios made three games: Arx Fatalis(2002), Dark Messiah (2006), Dishonoured (2012).
Following this rule "Dark messiah of Might and Magic: Elements" doesn´t count at all!
