SimonG: This thread is pure Jack Thompson boner material...
Oh, that reminds me! I made a Sims 3 character based on him!
fun fact about Roller Coaster Tycoon...
you can improve the rating of your park by hunting down and drowning all the unhappy people :))
Also, I have a feeling that RCT is a game really fitting into this thread. Anyone who says they never created a rollercoaster with the sole purpose of murdering all the people in an epic flight and crash is lying... :)

Ohh... Ive done some things in Fallout 3 but NOTHING beats what I did in Sims 3

In Fallout 3 The Pitt I literally took a baby and killed the mother right on the spot. (does this count)
Also I brutally murdered everyone in megaton before I set off the nuke.

In Sims 3 I just adopted a little kid... well i got him to go into the pool and fenced it all the way around... good times

In Sims 1 I made a family that consisted only of a child modeled after my sister. All she did all day was sit in her house eat pizza (as children couldn't make food) and be completely miserable.

I also once invited my brother's favourite sim over to my sim's house, walled him up in the backyard and let him starve to death.

Shot and killed a man and his dog playing fetch in Red Dead Redemption.
I've played the You Testament and The Making of a Prophet. Postal got nothing on my followers of Jesus and Mohammad who would spam fireballs until everyone around them lost their limbs.
To get Sword Sisters in the Mount & Blade series, you have to basically wander around the map attacking parties of villagers, killing the men and abducting the women.
Farming trade skill stuff in Everquest for 48h in a row (with maybe a small lunch and shower break).
Got bored with Fallout 3 one day and spawned a load of Gary into the middle of the Super Mutant/Talon Company/Brotherhood crossfire outside the Capitol Building. It's amazing what those plucky psycho's can do with just their fists and rage.
killed every single being in fallout 2

You could rescue them from a raider party...

..and then instantly put them into a separate group of soldiers (consisting of only them) and sending them into the fray alone while your other soldiers hold back and enjoy the show.
Me and my friends all played the original Black and White at LAN parties when we were all in high school just to see who could do the cruelest things while still getting a good creature.

Long story short, lots of poo got eaten.

Detlik: Whenever I play Assassins creed I murder civilians, game says that Ezio didnt kill civilians...but if I am playing as Ezio and I am in his memories how come I am killing them?
That's what the synchronization is about. Basically it's a massive VR construct based on Ezio's memories, you're not literally back in time as Ezio. So when you complete a mission with 100% sync you're basically completing it exactly as Ezio did (not being detected or no kills etc.) It's a little confusing because obviously in the cut scenes Ezio is Ezio and not you.
Two things come to mind; I shot the mother and her child in Shogo numerous times, and pissing on someone and setting them on fire repeatedly in Postal 2.
Mutilate the corpses in SoF/SoF II. Gib every body in Shogo/Blood II (Because the gibbing is broken and hilarious). I cheer for Kane from C&C every time I see him (and if you played those games you'd know he's a real bastard).

When I start getting bored while playing CS I start tk'ing people to hear them rage. The best so far was when someone said they'd throat fuck me to death.

I kill the hooker every time in GTA. (I think most of us do.)

Uh... what else? Oh, I like Manhunt. Does that count?
