I remember Lethal Tender letting you loot the dead guys for their uniforms. Which was kind of cool for the time.

But, the somewhat realistic damage was a real pain. You could very quickly find yourself going in circles if you took too much damage to one leg.

Swimming around to avoid either shark, giant octopus, or crocodile in those Lara Croft and Indiana Jones games. Not to mention I can't really swim in real life.
