What is going on with all these licenses and games being removed for sale?

I'm speaking about digital games in general. It's starting to get ridiculous.
That's sad, if I had a job and it was on sale I probably would've bought it.
I hope GOG can figure out the whole licensing thing.
Second Sight has been on my wishlist for a while, guess there really is no time like the present to get it.

Thanks for the warning G-Doc.
You guys have been absolutely hemorrhaging games recently; it's getting pretty ridiculous. Thanks for the heads up, anyway.

grviper: So, how many games have Codemasters not completely fucked up licensing-wise?
Back when those games where made nobody thought the license was worth anything in ten years. Guess many did shoddy paperwork with the licensing.

"Ten years, we'll have holograms then".
Using my psycic abilities I have gleened the future; there's going to be a spike in 'Second Sight' sales the next few hours.
At least if this one goes it doesn't go silently, 1000% improvement there.

Also, bought, downloaded, backed up, thanks for the heads up.

You don't say?
It's too bad if this one goes as well. That said, I never was particularly interested so all it gets from me is one big shrug.

It seems to me Codemasters is the worst offender when it comes to licensing issues. Notice how we didn't get a single new game from them ever since those first ones got pulled? Yeeeah...

Every digital store has to remove it, so it's obviously not GOG fault.
We'll never reach the 500 games in catalogue, I tell you :P

Did I pass blame?

G-Doc: snip
Btw, is there any chance you could not remove game card after you remove a game from your catalogue?

I'd like to check game cards of my games before I choose what to play next, and I can't do it with those games you removed.

You could replace "buy now" button with "not available" for example.
I've never gifted a game before, so I need a guinea pig. I will gift a copy of this game to the first person to reply to this post. Preferably someone who otherwise can't buy it now, please!

That would be very generous, it's on my wishlist for a long time!
