jjsimp: Sure I do, that's like half the temperature of my CPU. So, it's somewhere between too hot to touch and freezing.

Or just type "30c in F" in google.
30c is about an average high for british summertime weather. if you find that too hot to touch, you have a nerve problem! O_o

No, I was saying that 60c would be too hot to touch. I'll edit my post for clarification.
