Once I dreamt that I was stuck on that TV show The Biggest Loser. I am 5' 9", 185 pounds and have a 30 inch waist. I most definatley do not belong on that show. I kept telling everyone that it was a mistake and that I shouldn't be there. I kept telling them that I had to see my family and that I had important stuff to do at work. The film crew kept telling me I was in denial and that my health was more important. The other contestants knew I wasn't supposed to be there, but they refused to vote me off because they knew I would never win.
There was another dream after I had been playing Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon. (Awesome game by the way, I recommend it) There is a mission in the game where you have to defend a UN outpost from incoming tanks. I decided to ambush the convoy far from the outpost and set up my teams on two ridges by the inbound road. My plan was to use two rocket launchers and hit the tanks simultaneously, then mop up any ground troops with the machine gun I brought. The convoy had 2 tanks, which I expected, but behind them was about 2 dozen enemy soldiers walking in formation. That I did not expect. I was no longer worried about the tanks so much, instead I was thinking about all the ways my 6 guys could be out manned, out gunned and out flanked. I launched 2 rockets into the formation and had the machine gunner and the sniper target anything that was still moving, then I took out the tanks. With the mission accomplished I turned off the game and went to bed. That's when I had the dream. In it I was being court martialed for giving the order to fire anti tank weapons at unmounted troops. The military rules of engagement say that it is okay to fire rockets at trucks, tanks and helicopters but individual soldiers can only be engaged with small arms fire. Then there were news stories about how sick and demented I was to want to blow people up like that and the Russian government was saying that they were sending tanks and troops to the UN outpost for protection against the real threat which was me and my team.
Now for one of my more... interesting dreams. In my dream I was walking along a deer path in the woods behind my house, which was strange because I lived in the city. I was looking at the trees and humming to myself when I came across a fallen tree that was blocking the path. Something about that tree looked very familiar but I couldn't remember why. I kicked it a few times to make sure that there were no animals hiding in it and then hopped over it and kept going. A few seconds later I heard a Thunk sound and was hit in the chest by an arrow. As I fell to the ground I heard two voices arguing. One of them said "You idiot, I told you to be careful with that." That's when I woke up clutching my chest which still hurt for the rest of the morning. About a year later I decided to leave the city because I was tired of that life. I had some friends who had moved out to the counrty and they invited me to come stay with them. I got a job and a pick up truck and was happy. The house we lived in was on several acres of land and one day I decided to go for a walk through the woods behind the house. I found a deer trail and started following it. I was taking in the scenery when I came upon a very familiar fallen tree. Like always I kicked it to scare away any wild life and as I hopped over it I realized that I had been humming to my self. I took a few cautious steps because something didn't feel right. Suddenly I remembered my dream and I dropped to the ground. About a second later I heard a Thunk sound and a Fwip as an arrow sliced the air above me. I heard voices arguing and I knew I was about to hear "You idiot, I told you to be careful with that" about a half second before I actually heard it. I got up off the ground and followed the voices to find 2 kids who were in the woods playing with their new crossbow. They were arguing over what to shoot first when one inadvertently pulled the trigger.
