amok: Speaking of localizations and cover, one I always think it a bit funny is the cover for Experiment 112 / Experience 112. For some reason the woman on the cover becomes blonde and more "sassy" in the US cover, thought the in-game character never changes (and looks like the one on the EU cover)

I think the U.S. one they just airbrushed some actress' face on to the body?

One of my favourite covers is the asian cover version of Demon's Souls. The fallen soldier sums up nicely the game's atmosphere and difficulty.

Also any cover art from Yoshitaka Amano is also great. E.G.: Final Fantasy X

It slipped my mind earlier, but I think the Keith Parkinson Everquest art deserves mention as well.
