Anyone excited? I preorder from Telltale Games. :)

I've watched a few videos, I'm keeping a close eye on it. There's a few comic book/cartoon property video games that I'm cautiously optimistic about (Transformers War for Cybertron looks like it might actually be kind of good).

Well I gotta say Telltale makes great games (JP was a bit buggy). I really felt inlove with Back to the Future. :)

They do, I just refuse to get too invested into the idea of something like this at such an early date, it saves me lots of disappointment.

Oke well thats true. The thing is they have the Almost Everything Pack (inclused TWD) for 40 dollars! Cheap! :D

Is this based on the Comics or the (imo) dissapointing TV show?

Not really excited, While I enjoyed several "older" Telltale games, Back to the Future was IMHO pretty bad, Jurassic Park was even worse so I don't really have high hope for Walking Dead. Not to mention that their engine works ok for catoonish character but not really up to par for more realistic ones.

I haven't read any of the comics or watched the show, but I'm looking forward to the game. I enjoyed Jurassic Park, so I'm going to assume that this is similar but much more refined.

Well that's the style they are going for, it's just that their engine is not very good for that.

Back to the Future was mediocre and Jurassic Park was terribad. I'm not too optimistic.
