It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

HypersomniacLive: Sorry to be blunt, but that seems to be a quite common problem - people outside your office have a number of issues with GOG's site, yet you can't reproduce them which makes it more unlikely we'll ever see a fix.

Chamb: No need to be sorry. :) Can you provide me with some examples?
Example this thread :/
I had this problem last night too, with internet explorer, firefox, safari, and chrome, all 4 didn't load properly.
I then went to sleep and and awoke to it fixed, if you guys fixed it, then thats cool.

Perhaps a routing or dns or some other internet related error, and not actualy site/server problem.

edit: while it was broke, I tried fixing it by: updating all browsers, updated shockwaveflash, updating javascript/java, didn't fix it.

I think this problem is what the thread is about, and Chamb is asking for other examples.

That much is clear.

All the other problems I had previously, where addressed and fixed in their own threads.
I have yet to experience any other problem, besides games prices changing in my checkout. (I live and learn, the price is locked only on the paypal screen I think)

Heh, I had that problem on Humble Store last month. I bought Overgrowth and after I confirmed the transaction Humble rejected the payment confirmation because the prices didn't match - the promo ended in the few seconds it took me to type a 4-digit confirmation code. Well, I didn't get charged so that's OK.

That happened to me with valve, and I was charged full price. I wrote support ticked, they said something like "we do not offer refunds, period".
I for one think valve needs a return policy as long as you DON'T download the game, sigh...

Sorry for the late reply.

Examples? Sure, here's one (the game shelf bug which I had since the beginning).

In the same thread, read posts #2357 and #2371- #2384 regarding the "NEW" tag not showing up (or showing up inconsistently) within the game pages in our accounts. Not to mention the other icons next to extras not showing in Firefox (and forks) but showing in Chrome forks (Sware Iron in my case) - that's also described in the posts mentioned above. Or the inconsistent function of the "new & updated" tab (post #2383).

And I've been back and forth with support about the secure connection breaking on GOG's store front page the moment you log in - I've provided screenshots with detailed info/ descriptions and support just stated that they're unable to reproduce the problem and would just forward my email(s) to the webdev team to decide if it's an issue or not. That started back with the Winter Sale and I first contacted GOG Support on Dec 22. There have been more posts and threads about it - I could dig them up if needed.

GOG Support classifies a lot of issues as low priority with no ETA on a solution so long as they don't prevent purchasing and downloading of games - frankly, I was quite disheartened by this position.

I hope that you guys will make an effort to get things working properly.
