What if I have LBA2 but don't have Fahrenheit? Can I sign up and then give the LBA2 to someone less fortunate if miracle would happen and I would win?

Yes, this is possible. Both games are in one key, you have to redeem it first to get Fahrenheit, and then pass it on to someone else to redeem the rest.
