GameRager: All I want is the ability to speak my mind, within reason, and not be harassed and trolled(by people who seem to act like they'd never troll on here no less.) all the time over stupid shit I said long ago or a minority abrasive opinion I had.

uulav: Thanks for asking, i have been in #gog irc channel, first time in 5 months to visit here. I am almost sure that you rep is starting to grow when you stop making topics like this. These kind of forum topics will only draw your haters out from caves.
I stopped for awhile a few weeks back and the downratings still kept coming, usually if I disagreed with someone but kept it civil or if I made a reply using a chan meme.....as apparently chan memes, even civil reply ones, are lowrate worthy.

I bet my last dollar if anyone else had commented that way they'd still be not kickjed....leading me to believe most gog irc posters are more childish and trolling and deserving of being punished than me.
That's neither here nor there. You aren't entitled to use the IRC channel. It's not a right. If I make an IRC channel then I will bounce out anyone I don't like even if they make the poor judgement of wearing sandals. As the barman says "My gaff, my rules."

All i'm syaing is not to staff but the irc trolls.....even if they get me banned, i'll come back, so they should reconsider that tactic to changing me.

I never said I was, just that it's hypocritical that they did it to me after flinging shite my way while claiming I should "grow uP" here.

fuck sake, GR all you have done is bring attention to yourself AGAIN (not good attention) the Staffers will probably consider suicide rather than moderate this, It would not suprize me if they are at they're wits end.

You mistake trolling for good natured taking the piss. I have certainly been blunt with you in the past but I haven't been trolling you. If you don't find what I post funny then that's too bad, I find most of your jokes purile and unamusing as well.

Delixe: True but he isn't entitled to use the IRC channel, it's not a feature of GOG so if he was acting up on there then it's only right he was kicked off. It's not alright for him to start namecalling here and asking the mods to get involved on something un-connected with GOG.

Why should they have to moderate this? I never asked people to come in here, and it isn't breaking any rules to vent once in awhile. IMO they only "moderate" here as they do because it's easier as i'm the most visible and easy to punish party and it placates the most people to do so.
