btw how do you get into this irc? do all gog users use it?
I don't know what happened, But I would love to be enlightened with what IRC is and how to use it if someone would be so kind?

IRC = Internet Relay Chat. It's a chatroom. The GOG one is #gog on irc.quakenet.org. Not everyone uses it, but a lot of the old timers do. On the rare occasions when I visit, I use the web interface for it (http://webchat.quakenet.org/), but you can also download a IRC client or browser plugin, if you prefer.

Occasionally mixed in with the spam for his website and talk of Jonathan Land, there were moments of clarity. He even posted some pics of himself once.
