With Deus Ex: Human Revolution coming out, I have to ask:

What do you want replacing skin and bone?

Personally, as cool as the stuff in Deus Ex looks, I want to new Iron Man suit that compresses into your body. That's pretty much cover me for life.
I'd settle for mechanical augmentations. But what I'd really want are biological ones. Mechanical augs can give you greater strength and durability, but unless I'm going into a warzone, I'd rather have something that can heal on its own.

Imagine a completely engineered biological eye. Evolution has tacked on numerous things we simply don't need, that take up space, or simply are not the most efficient solutions to problems. And a human that has none of the waste and inefficiency could do some wonderful things, while still being able to handle their own maintenance.
I want cybernetic knees because I have had busted knees since I was little and it makes me never want to do anything, which in turn makes me a couch potato (or more accurately a computer chair potato).
A highspeed I/O port to my brain. Keyboards + monitors are way too slow.

Of course if I ever got it, I'd probably discover my brain was always the true bottleneck. ;)

I'm a pretty nimble guy but I lack endurance and upper body strength...so I guess some sort of mechanical lung or enhanced circulatory system modifications.
Datajack ala Shadowrun.

After that I'd want a full cranial computer, skill jacks slots, skill jack reflex wiring and a plethora of skill cards. ;)
I want the Hacker's neural interface from System Shock, plus a Magnum 2100 and a Magpulse. :D
I want an adjustable noise cancelling thing so I can have my peace and quiet whenever I want it.

Also, a cybernetically augmented moustache.
Pancreas.

Since mine's broken (I'm a diabetic), that'd get me back to the normality I've been missing for twenty years.
Augmented hearing with adjustable volume because my hearing sucks. I am practically deaf in one ear and the other one isn't all that great, either.

Augmented brain with nano neurons fixing/enhancing everything and performing maintenance in order to prevent any mind destroying diseases and enhancing IQ and thought processing.

Augmented immune system that is programmable by the user so I can smoke without fear of cancer and never worry about communicable diseases or anything else resembling a diseases/disorder.

The ability to tap into my own genetic code and make changes as I see fit. I want to dive? Ok, then I change my breathing apparatus to a set of gills or something of that sort and not worry about diving equipment failing.

Limb regeneration because that would solve so many psychological problems for many, many, many people who have lost limbs due to war and such.

Augmented vision: why the hell not? No more needing glasses or binoculars to see. Would like to be able to adjust my sight to even the microscopic level but that just might be impossible considering the way microscopes are made. Seeing into the infrared at will might be fun.

Immortality: the augmented immune system might also be used to prevent cell death and aging. Why die when you can live forever experiencing everything you possibly can?

My vision of this is really long and weird but I could talk about this at length because I have this a lot of thought.

Sheesh, way to ruin the game with your depressing realism ;)
Cybernetic arms with Wolverine claws/spurs would be nice, at least until you try to lift a car and your arms fall off.

Nah, I wouldn't say it's depressing. I'd just like to not worry about missing my injections.
Having x-ray vision and muscle augmentation. My eyes aren't perfect, so hopefully such an operation will offer lasik's benefits and the ability to look through walls. As for muscle augmentation, I've always been more of a "rip apart first, ask questions later" person.

Hahaha this would so be a complete disaster.

"Hello, tech support? Hi, uh, yeah... I was, um, trying to enlarge my... you know, and well... now I have... uh, the... other bits too... yeah, six of 'em. Oh, and now my ribs are prehensile."
