Tiberian Sun & Firestorm

Along with several that have been mentioned I want Sid Meiers Sim Golf. and the first Freedom Force game.

System Shock II for me (1 is a good game too, but I prefer 2). After that, probably Command & Conquer (plus Red Alert and Tiberian Sun), and Sim City 3000. Plus Shogun Total War too please :)

Ah OK, they must have acquired the rights from EA, as it was originally published by them. Which would make sense since Sega published Shogun 2.

Final Fantasy 7 and 8 the classic versions were re-released by EA have no idea if they still have the rights though

I would so LOVE to see Ultima 7, 8 and 9 on GOG, if not the entire series!

Wing Commander would be a nice additional too. I have seen copies of the Kilrathi saga going on ebay and amazon.com marketplace for upwards of 400-500 dollars!!! O.O
