There are a few classic games that Gamers love to gush over. But there are some good old games out there that I feel like never get their due. For me one of them is Myth the Fallen Lords. I feel like that game has faded away in collective gamer memory which I think is a shame, it was an amazing game in so many ways.

What game do you think is under appreciated?
The Realms of Arkania triology. I really don't like the way GOG is treating them :'( .
I'd concur with myth. A few that I'd say were very underappreciated

1)Revenant - It was a lot better than diablo and the combat system was fairly intuitive so long as you had a gamepad
2)Undying - A fantastic atmospheric fps.Too bad that we shall never quite get to see a sequel
3)Darwinia - An amazingly unique and creative game
4)Forsaken - One of the best descent clones
I know its a niche game but Front Page Sports Football series by Sierra will always been a line of games i will always remember. American football sim. Yes sir. Loved it. Shame it died a inglorious death (the final game was canned as per Wikipedia) :(. **** Madden NFL

IGI2 - Covert Strike. It has much of what I love about Dues Ex and the Thief games: open, unlinear level where you are the hunter. Has some brilliant levels and some very fun weapons. Only drawback is that of balance: enemies tend to overreact to what they hear and underreact (is that a word?) to what they see.
Imperialism I & II. Really excellent turn-based strategy games.

The original Assassin's Creed... more to the point, less distractions.

Alpha Protocol... it has issues, but is awesome anyway.

Fallout: New Vegas... much better than 3 and almost any other recent RPG.
The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky.

one of the most entertaining games I have ever played. The world and the characters are so lively, it reminds me of some of the cartoon I used to watch as a kid (like the original Pokemon).

Until the story starts to take some great twists, then it gets even better...

I really hope the rest of the series gets localized some day ;__;

I ordered that yesterday on ebay for ps3 woohoo

The ps2 version of Deus Ex is criminally under appreciated lol it never shows up in any ps2 best game lists. It's a very great port.

Personally, I think it is the best Fallout. As a rabid fanboy of the series I like it how NV combines the best of all predecessors.
Imperium Galactica II. One of the absolute best 4X games ever made, with an unprecedented amount of customization options, allowing you to adapt the game completely to your particular playing style.

I agree

While I enjoyed FO3, I think NV was the game that improved the series and had a lot of great things about it

I really loved Alpha protocol as well
Silver

Loved this game when it was released, and playing it again now. For me it hasen't lost any value at all.
I know some people are having problems with the gog version, but working perfectly for me.
Bungie's greatest creation, Oni.
Everyone's always talking about Halo, but Oni's where it's at. Oni had great gameplay, wild beats, a memorable story and a woman protagonist (yes, that's worthy of praise).

+1
Oni is awesome! I still have to finish that game, though.
