I need me some x-wing and tie fighter action. Immediately.
Tomorrow maybe, or never.

That doesn't make sense. The site is called Good OId Games, and there aren't many games that are gooder and older than LA games!
It's called a contract. And GOG doesn't have one with LA.

Do you think if I make threads like this, LA will see them and sell us their freaking games?
LucasArts should be here on GOG and you should be the one to tell them that:

LucasArts
Attn: George Lucas, himself
P.O. Box 29908
San Francisco, CA 94129
USA

Hey, awesome! Have other people mailed him about this? I'll write him a letter that clearly points out how he will only make more money by letting GoG sell his games. It's infallible logic! And it doesn't even take effort on his part!
Lucasarts stopped re-releasing their catalog on Steam. I would hazard a guess they didn't find the profit margins worth the time and effort. Which is a bummer.

They might also rather capitalize on remakes like the Monkey Island games.

I wouldn't be suprised if they they found the remakes were big enough sellers if they were planning to release SE's rather than straight versions in the future since GL seems to like killing my childhood...
I wish they would! I keep telling my friends how amazing Grim Fandango was, and yet I have no way to show them!!
When is LucasArts coming to GOG? When Hell freezes over.

They don't seem to give a shit about re-releasing their back catalog.
Currently, Lucas Arts seems to be pretty petty and I don't really see them getting along with a Site that is so customer friendly.
I wish they would release their back cataloge here, but Fuzzyfireball is right it isn't likely to happen.

On the bright side though, they are giving Monkey Island some love even if it won't come on here:

I would rather play the original though, because there is a certain charm to the old school graphics.

Didn't they say the same about EA?

It was split, with LucasArts I'd say a majority don't expect to see them. If we ever do see them, I bet it will be a long time. Tons of other companies would be more eager to join.
