I think 2 was the worst it was just disgusting more disguting then the 1st hell both movies were super violent

and also the ending of 2 was depressing

The third Matrix film was brilliant as a standalone action movie. As the end of a trilogy, it was a very poor choice.

What didnt you like about the ending? Sorry, im trying to think what was so depressing... it's been a couple of years since i have seen it.

I haven't bothered to see it yet, but I hear Transformers 3 is pretty painful to watch.

I can't imagine how that could work, but I'll take your warning into consideration. I was far too disgusted with myself for actually paying to see that thing that I won't soon touch anything related to that film.

I heard the same thing but I thought it was a good action movie. Though a lot of people want very serious plots and twists in their films now. Where as Transformers was almost like it was written in the late 80s action movie fab. Big bad things do big bad things, big good heroes blow the crap out of big bad things the end.

Agreed. Peter Weller wasn't in it. That made it an instant fail for me.

Also. Mad Max 3. Personally, I love that movie and crack jokes about it on an almost daily basis.... but oh man. It is BAD.

It's a considerable improvement on 'Revenge of the Fallen', so definitely not the worst of the live action trilogy.

I would like to vote for 'Blade: Trinity'. 'Blade' was good, 'Blade 2' was awesome. 'Blade: Trinity'... bleh, it's painful to even think about it.

"Matrix 3" can't be the worst third part of a trilogy. The two previous movies already set the bar so low that it was impossible for the third one to be even worse by any considerable margin.

I might have said "Underworld", but the franchise isn't a trilogy anymore, so it doesn't qualify either.

My vote goes to "Butterfly Effect 3", which was a cheap rip-off with very little relation to (or respect for) the previous two movies, made by a totally different team. Though the second movie of the series wasn't that good either (some say it's even worse than the third), so I'm still pondering.
