Chapter 3 seems like it was really rushed along in terms of the amount of development time spent on it. Can you please flesh it out so that it is as long and elaborately woven as, say, chapters 1 and 2?
After completing the rotfiend contract in Act 2, rotfiends not only that continue to appear in all the three places but are feeding from the burnt corpses. Well, I suppose they taste better now. :)

Sometimes the time indicator shows noon or dusk but when I select to meditate till midnight it says 0 hours.

I would like cat potion to last longer.

When performing the necromancy ritual in Act 2 Roche's path there are dialogue options with Dethmold like he is unaware that the curse has been lifted.

There is a dwarf guard in Vergen talking about Geralt's pony tail but my Geralt has the original hair cut from TW. :)

CatShannon: On top of that the game version should be shown in the game menu.
I really want this one to be an industry standard.
The UI needs a bit of work, I would like to see:

- Seperate section in the inventory for Junk (so many times im carrying allsorts and dont realize)

-Warning when buying duplicate diagrams/ forumla's

-The attack button to just be attack and NOTHING ELSE.

-Get rid of the "drink potion" crap, let me just double click it!! (or combine it with the potion section in the inventory, this wuld also allow you to actually use them when you need them as opposed to using them when you think you might need them)

- No Clip on the bots if in confined spaces. (the mine quest in vergen is brain damage with those 3 dwarfs at your feet, jamming you in corners, blocking you from the enemy, blocking doors, etc)

- More weapons & armour variations, by the time i get to vergen I have the 2 swords & armour I will be using for the rest of the game and they'r way more poweful than anything else you see right util the last 5 miutes of the game. (I got a sword at the end, "forgotten sword" or something like that, But I only get to use it in one or 2 fights!)

-Other silver weapons, axe's, club's etc. (and better steel ones)

-A seperate button for looting, or atleast the option for it. (just not the attack button!)

- Make the scenery/ trees/ structures go transparent when blocking the camera.

-More stuff in chapter 3, it feels really empty, some more quests to bulk it up a little.

- Better onscreen alerts on items you are given, half the time you dont even know you'v been rewrded with an item or upgrade until you see it in the inventory.

Keyboard & graphics settings actually being ingame would also be nice, not a problem now that I have had a couple of playthroughs but when first playing it was a little annoying testing settings, closing the game testing some more and closing again. I can imagine if you dont have decent computer it could get veyr frustrating trying to get your settings just right.

There is a mod which addresses your first 2 concerns

Oils don't work on silver swords, and as a player with an alchemy heavy playstyle, I really, really want this fixed.

I tested it by fighting rotfiends with both swords, using, and not using, necrophage oil. My silver sword did the same damage with the oil as without, and my attribute screen showed a 0% damage bonus against necrophages with the oil applied. With my steel sword, the oil's bonuses worked as advertised, and properly showed up on my attribute screen.

I was using a jagged steel sword, and a robust yellow meteorite silver sword in this test.
There was another topic on this very bug, so I know I'm not an isolated case. If anyone's got a mod or other fix, please link it, because this bug, while not crippling, is very irksome.

It is crippling for alchemy builds. Looks like I'll be avoiding alchemy build. How in the hell did this get past testing!?

Two graphical bugs that kinda bother me: Geralt's sword disappears suddenly when he is going down stairs.

And the really sudden lighting changes when entering/exiting flotsam.
Not to mention that there is occasional repetitive sounds clipping that has occurred to my gameplay occasionally.

I have to quit the game to remove it as even quitting to game menu, the repetitive clipping sound is still there.

I'm using Creative X-Fi Elite Pro by the way.

Patch 1.1 said "Fixed a bug that prevented the additional link in "Extras" from being unlocked after winning the dice game against the GOG.com monk.", but that still doesnt work.

Patch 1.2 said "The game menu now loads at a markedly accelerated pace." I've noticed no change. It also said "Also, player character responsiveness in combat has been improved". I'm still experiencing a load of issues with responsiveness, particularly during certain moments, usually many enemies on screen, but also seems to occur when facing above average opponents (such as Letho, and the Operator). It also said "The progression break during the fight against Dethmold (whereby he sometimes remained behind his barrier, doing nothing) has been fixed." Thanks, he no longer sits behind the barrier and does nothing... now he remains there and attacks and I can't reach him.

I am now also facing a progression break in chapter 3 when I have to decide whether to save Triss or help Roche. When I choose to help Roche, I get a black screen after the conversation. I can hear the things happening, but I am unable to pause, or see what's going on. This is my 4th play through, never had a black screen progression break before.

Fun game, but there still a lot to be fixed. I'm STILL getting problems using strong attacks when facing 2 or more Rotfiends.
Please, tell me exactly where and when you encounter these issues - occur because of specific things in specific places weren't set well. Maybe we can fix it.

- some items glow so you can interact with them, but you can't actually interact with them when you try. (see: books in prologue section in a house on the shelves)

- Sometimes you get a reward for a quest and it's not explicitly stated, this should be fixed. (suggestion: Put the words "NEW" near a new item you haven't looked at and sort by such).

- sometimes you can see where the neck is attatched to the head http://www.abload.de/img/neckline6eg6.jpg
- sometimes people are floating in the air http://www.abload.de/img/standinginairicb0.jpg

I remember encountering one of these in Roche's camp, near the bed where Ves sleeps. Also happens in the house in Vergen where Iroveth sleeps.

The first one happens in so many places that I couldn't list it. Pretty much any location with tons of items.

As an early example, the books in one of the houses in the prologue can't be reached, but they glow.

The second is pretty much everything. Any time you gain an item, it gets added to your inventory. However when you go into the inventory, there's no real way to tell what is a new item unless the little text in the bottom left (i dont know what to call it, it comes up when you loot items) shows (sometimes it doesn't show up or only for a moment, but that's usually in cutscenes. This should display after the cutscene or in the inventory with a little icon that denotes it's a new item you haven't looked at yet)

the third issue is in cutscenes chapter 1 perhaps? I saw it in chapter 2 as well, I don't notice it happening outside of cutscenes but that's because you don't get a close up shot

The last issue was in chapter 3 I think. I only saw it happen once or twice, but I believe the NPC walked there itself.
