Dinner was garlic king prawns, it's the fresh crushed garlic and chili that makes the difference.

Funny thing happened on my Christmas. Usually, on 24th we have Christmas dinner with (at least) 12 dishes on table, doing magic and whatnot. It's a nice tradition. One family member got too excited and confused, got the table ready on 23rd. So... We had two traditional dinners this year! As in, two days straight. There was smoked salmon, marinated herring, baked potatoes, mushroom soup, three different kinds of salads, cranberry pap(?) (soft liquid kind of food/drink that is usually made using berries jam and starch I think). And among that - cakes, cookies, wine, fruits and something I forgot. Not bad I suppose :)

Your giveaways never cease to amaze me. Would +1 more than once if I could.

Due to a very long lunch (1 p.m to 6 p.m) the Christmas dinner was a cup of tea with Panettone,not the traditional one but with chocolate in place of candied orange, citron, and lemon zest.
