xyem: Didn't plan on this, but I cut out the packet of crisps and 2 biscuits from my lunchbox at work this week (not that either of them lasted until lunch). Saw it pretty much immediately as it is the first week where I have lost weight every day, rather than slowly gain during the week and losing it all and them some at the weekend. Providing there isn't another co-incidental cause anyway..
Well, any "sweets" are indeed the most responsible things for the weight. But, on the other hand, some of them (like chocolate) could also be responsible for our everyday mood. For now, you could be in a good mood because you can see some effects of your actions, but I could not see myself without such "small dose of happiness". :P

When he is in mood to do that. I think "the winner" is one of the least important things to discuss here - we should all be happy he's following his way to a better overall health.
Initially I thought the percentages were the percent of body weight shed, but I soon realized that at 100% you'd disappear.

How are you correcting you weight? Portion size? Exercise? Either way, staying consistent is probably the hardest thing to do in regards to becoming healthier, so being at week 8 with consistent results is great.

Good shit my dude. Motivates me to keep my workouts going as well.

Way to go! I've been off the bike for 2 weeks now. Tonight I have to get it started again.

* Apple

I also bring, but don't eat since week #8 began (they are there just-in-case):
* Pack of McCoys crisps
* 2 plain biscuits

Cole slaw in sandwiches? Have never tried that, but cole slaw itself is so good, I'm sure it works.
