pazzer: OOC: can you describe the pass.
Here is a visual aid.

The minor demons stand near the center of this image, where you see that small smudge of black directly down the path. You are elevated about 3 feet above them.

The small grassy field you see only extends about twenty feet to your right, where it connects with the rock formation you see straight ahead to your right.

OOC: Hey guys, I don't want to necessarily hash this out right now, but do you think it would make everyone more comfortable if skills were more precise and better defined? E.g., someone could pick a well-defined demon-slaying skill rather than try to interpret how "slaying" would work?

IC:While the demons are busy with Lucas, Jack notices that the grass to the right of them offers some opportunities for stealth. He ducks down and carefully sneaks around the demons and attempts a backstab using his dagger.

OOC: I'll use my Illusion skill for camo with the grass and Stealth for the backstab if I may. The grass I am referring to is what I saw in the image.
OOC: Since "initiative" necessarily indicates a finite period of time, it would seem contradictory to allow one to use multiple skills within that time when others are just using one.

But, I don't see why one couldn't try and there are certain situations in which it just makes sense. So it's probably best to look at it like this: if you're using two skills, your attention is divided between them, so the maximum result you can achieve with each is reduced accordingly. Ultimately I would suggest against it, but it's not illegal. So if you do it, I'll just use a judgmental call to determine how much could be done with your attention divided.

Jack rolls 7/9 - Stealth
5/9 - Illusion

IC: Jack used Illusion to camouflage himself in the grass and used stealth to advance swiftly and silently on the Minor Demons. He is still hidden from their sight and an attack may now catch them off guard.

Leh Dzebo

"You do not touch me!" Said Leh with fiery temper, while using slaying skill (great axe) to minor demon 2

OOC: Leh, though for story purposes you will be using the Axe here, if you use "Slaying", I'm only going to roll for damage using Slaying. I hope I explained that OK.

Leh rolls 5/7 - Slaying. Minor Demon (2) took 32 damage, as this attack is highly effective against Demons. (Same roll as Lucas, but Leh is higher level so he has a higher maximum attack value, hence the higher damage.)

pazzer: Kamelion casts a wave of healing.

OOC: hope it heals more than it did in test game.
OOC: Should since you were being used like level one newbies, not level 10 non-newbies. Even then you were healing a decent amount.
OOC ain't that the truth.
Lucas rolls 1/6: Slaying. Critical failure! No effect.

Jack rolls 4/9: Illusion. Jack cannot be damaged or targeted for the rest of this round and the next round as well.

OOC: Kamelion, presumably using Druidry, right?

Kamelion rolls 10/13: Druidry. Targeting all wounded party members. Lucas gains 11 HP. Kamelion gains 11 HP. Leh gains 11 HP.
