'm in for Police quest 1-4 , thanks! I'd like to get it, because ,well, I love adventure games, and Police Quest is something new. I think I never played an adventure game like that. From what i understand, some "quests" are about how to save hostages etc etc in an adventure game style. And it sounds promising.

I'd like to win these games because I played a fraction of Neverwinter Nights on a friends PC and I liked it very much. About Mass Effect is just really I'd like to know the series. I've never played them just some short clips on the internet.

What surprised me about this forum since I started visiting it (just 1 month) is that the community here is very nice and helpful. I really like such a thing and well was pretty depressed that most of the internet is just hate and trolling.

Well, since being active on the GOG forums I've actually found a surprising amount of people I have things in common with beyond gaming and importantly for me in this case; people that actually have some understanding of my current home situation of looking after my ageing folks. The greater majority of my friends have little or no concept either due to their age or own circumstances, so this has actually put a pretty positive spin on things compared to how they were before.

As to the games, I'd like to enter for Neverwinter Nights as I missed out on it back in the day, my friend has been making a mod for it and wants some artistic help from me, and it looks bloody good.
I'd also like to enter for Gray Matter, Yesterday and A New Beginning as I love adventure games and am currently in the early stages of developing one with a few colleagues and collaborators in the hope of no longer being starving creative types as a result. Any of these games would be great research as well as pure fun.

About something nice/suprising in a good way. I think I'll mention this whole thing with girl/man/gay themed contests hopefully disappearing from the forum.
No offense to keeveek, but I'll be happy to see them go as it can be pretty offensive and it makes part of the forum definitely NSFW.

For me it has to be the giving community, at times we don't see eye to all with different things, however, we are all gamers and enjoy retro titles. I also really like the multi national forum members there are here, people from all walks of life from all over the world, its a pretty decent place to be.

Can I only be entered for Mass Effect 3, Neverwinter Nights Diamond or Zeus as I have all the other games listed.

Mass Effect 3, played the first 2 games to death but yet to even see the third one, had been waiting on them sorting the ending out. You go through all those hours of play you would hope for a decent ending to the trilogy.

Neverwinter Nights, only ever played the vanilla version, haven't seen either of the 2 expansions and kingmaker, I still have my character stored in my documents folder from around 5 years ago when I first played it through.

Zeus, used to play this while at work when I built PC's for a living. While Windows 95 was setting up I used to get a sneaky 20 minutes or so in on the machine we used to download drivers. Never owned a copy to this day.

So this time round, to be safe, have a picture of Spongebob instead :)

Please count me in, i would like the game A New Beginning from GOG because Final Cut sound cool, and my GreenManGaming Capsule version does not have French localisation, i'm waiting on that to play it.. Ecology is our responsability so more power to that game!

For my contribution and little story, it was the way i got scammed 3 times in a row a few months earlier on the Classifieds thread. and several GOGers tried to gift me some keys to cheer me up.. It really moved me and got me to feel i was truely a member within a real, living community, with honest folks backing me up.. That's funny cause it happened on my birthday the 15 November, it was a great surprise indeed, that treasure of humanity so often taken for granted or simply not existing called EMPATHY for others feelings and lives.. Now now, I beg you don't cry it was just some keys, no man down! :)

What surprise me in my first few months here people are giving their games without asking for anything in return. That's very rare. Also, some people on certain thread are very dedicated with their mod, such as nicode from Pod forum. He spent most of his time here at GOG exclusively for Pod including constant updating and helping other member troubleshoot the game. He even made a special Speed Buster hack (to enable nGlide support) just for me. And 227, the penguin overlord dedicate his time here on Witcher 2 subforum since 2 years ago.

I would like to enter for Gray Matter because i never heard and play the game before. From few Youtube footage that i saw, i think this game is certainly my cup of tea. And thanks for the contest.

It surprised me as well how often people run giveaway contests here, and even straight-up give out codes. I've also done "Can someone get (X) for me and I'll pay you back later?" a few times, and in two of those instances the person who covered me said not to worry about paying them back. I can't think of any other forum where people are that generous.

Anyway, put me down for the Police Quest games. I've always enjoyed the Sierra adventure games (especially the Quest for Glory series), and I'm sure I'd love the Police Quest games just as much.

My nice interaction here was when I tried to replay a game called Wizardry 8, I was getting my ass kicked and had become incredibly frustrated with the game until I asked for help here, the game isn't on gog, but I still got amazing help and alot of patience from people here, gog is great :)

I'm in for A New Beginning, simply because I love adventure games and this is supposedly a good one.

As for good things... The maturity level is higher than on gaming communities on average. The atmosphere is less aggressive towards female gamers than on average. It's the only general gaming forum that doesn't make me feel embarrased to be a gamer.
