I don't like this. That isn't a Mafia play in the least. Mine was a pressure vote but besides being unnecessarily antagonistic, there's been nothing that warrants a lynch. Although he refuses to give his individual reads on people, it seems.
And Rod brings up an interesting point. But I'm going to change my vote (again) based on something else, as I just saw this avenue to pursue and Tale's self-vote there is rapidly running the wagon and I want to get this out there first.
fexen: Why day ending without a lynch is a wrong option? There is bigger chance of lynching a townie than lynching a mafia at this moment. Saying that town loses a chance to lynch a scum doesn't convince me, I guess first day lynch is too risky.
I still don't believe that Rob is miller as he said but I would say that he's not mafia. Claiming a miller role would make mafia less likely to target him.
@fexen: Firstly, I think that is a scum pretending to be townie line of thinking, because, using that logic, we should never lynch anyone until there are equal/more scum than town (so there's a bigger chance of lynching them) at which point the game is over. You're looking at the numbers and ignoring the fact that we aren't picking people at random to lynch (eventually anyway - though especially at the start of the game we may be picking at small, random things to interrogate others on).
Secondly, you're saying Robb is NOT a miller but NOT mafia either? That's controversial. He can't be jester because he's trying his darndest to persuade people not to lynch him. What is he then? You think he's a stronger power role then because vanilla townies have not much of a reason to play to avoid the Mafia NK. Because a townie is likely going to die to the NK and it should be a vanilla townie, not a power role. But then why would he falseclaim as a stronger power role though? It will cause everyone to not trust him in the end if he has to, say, counterclaim a Mafia falseclaim.
I can't see a line of reasoning there. What I do see is that you're power-role-hunting, because if you don't believe he's miller I don't see how one can't possibly think he's scum.. unless you know the scum roster.
So there's hopefully no quick lynch for now,
unvote Taleroth, Vote fexen Also, generally vigs only work at night, unless someone has a day vig role. But yes, lynching ends day phase.
