The top 10% of our most generous users will also grant themselves an early access to the upcoming Divinity 2: Developer's Cut.The Developer's Cut, which is the ultimate edition of the game, comes with Divinity II and the expansion Divinity II: Flames of Vengeance, as well as a special developer's mode and extra goodies, will be available on PC on the 18th of October, 2012, but if you buy it here you will get to play it a day earlier than everyone else! The "Director's Cut" subtitle also means, that you'll have the unique opportunity to experience the game just as the developers did: with optional access to developer console you'll feel like the god of the realm.

But that's not all! All of the games come with an extensive amount of goodies--especially Divinity 2: Developer's Cut features a crazy amount of bonus materials (all of which you can access as soon as you finalize your purchase). To make things even more interesting, Larian Games told us that as the sales progress, they will be releasing some very special announcements and interesting videos. Heard enough? I must say, I like this idea of supporting developers. It's like an in-built Kickstarter for upcoming games. I hope more promotions are done using this method for new games. Even if I can't play the newest games on my current spec, I can still support my favourite franchises.
This is clever... but I bet you many people who will come in late when the averages are higher won't be too happy. Are Americans even awake right now?

Well, I'm only only interested in Divine Divinity right now so this works great for me.

MichiGen: It's great to finally see Divinity II on GOG! Nice promo, though I'm not going to buy it. I already preordered box edition signed by the dev team directly from Larian Vault .
And to think that the one with $1000 mark could buy him/herself a nice few of these :o

I will add, if you haven't bought Divine Divinity yet, you really should. It's a truly spectacular game, which I've been playing on and off for three weeks now. And if you do every quest, it's at least an 80 hour game.

I'm hoping to get it finished this weekend, as my backlog is immense, but have to say it's been one of my BEST purchases on GOG.

Will definitely be buying Beyond Divinity -- probably some time after Christmas when I get through a few other games first. Just can't justify doing it now (especially as I'm broke anyway, LOL).
so, who wants Divine Divinity + Beyond Divinity? :o)

Pay what?? It's a shame... I'm lucky to have both the original games and the third on Steam...

Thank you so much! Redeemed both :)
Anonymous publicity stunt FTW.
The cost to beat the average is less than a dollar difference from just buying the two games at their normal price.

If I didn't already own them, I'd buy the games to support the developers, but it's not exactly a deal at this point.
I didn't get gift code for Divine Divinity although I got a gift email about this game (without any codes).

Lexor: I was wrong it seems, at least not with $16.99 :P

Ubivis: yeah, just saw it too :( Let's see if we have a minimum price above the retail price in an hour or sooner :)
Still the same "weird thing" as before - try to enter $18.00 (its above $17.99) and DII logo goes gray.

You know, this is the problem of average price. They are average.
I already own the first two games, and don't know anyone else who would play them. Guess I have to skip out on this one :/
I am maybe bit sceptical, but I see no chance to sell even 2000 copies under current limits...

edit: ok, now there are 5000 copies sold - I am very glad I was wrong:D It is very interesting PWYW model :D
