If people are getting it when their timezone hits midnight, it's a staggered release so I don't think there will be a significant problem.

EU servers should be alive at ~23:00, not exactly midnight as they said.
There are three guest passes in the retail boxes. One for WoW (the usual stuff, 10 days free playtime) and two for Starcraft 2 (14 days free access to the game, or 7 hours of playtime).
