Wow just went to brush my teeth and come back and find the wishingwell has already been. Tough choice, health teeth or a game. I think the healthy teeth are more important I'm in the middle of a two week contract working for a soft drink company and all the free soft drink I can drink is sure to be bad for me.

Thank you very much.
There's another very generous person out there!
Best RTS ever made. I actually have it already, but I don't have Core Contigency and Battle Tactics, so what the heck, even $6 is a reasonable price for just the expansions.
Awesome, can't buy just yet but soon it will be mine!

Eclipse: wait, what enhancements? : O

Bluekkis: According to post in stardock forums, some multiplayer modifications and integration into impulse. And new launcher. So probably not in this gog release. Nothing we would miss, well I won't at least. Personally not a big fan of multiplayer RTS, most players takes it too seriously for gameplay to be interesting or fun anyway.

Is it 'cus you is n00b? You know I would pwn you right?
Now that's a surprise.
Is it working on Windows 7 x64 on high resolution ?
Version number ? ( Impulse version is 3.1 )

Awesome!
Well, I went ahead and bought the game. Some things are simply worth supporting.
And another release perfectly within the spirit of GOG! You guys are on a roll!
Now lets be sure to leave the days of MOO3 and Blood 2 far behind...

Lackoo, what happened to the lollipop image? I rather liked it.
TA:K was universally panned. I played it, but I didn't really like how they simplified some aspects of resource gathering. I think the problem was that TA was such an awesome game, TA:K couldn't really compete. I wonder if they simplified it to make it appeal to the casual gamer.
Interestingly, the lead developer went on to make Dungeon Siege, and a few others that escape me right now. He was a developer from Origin, so that means probably Bad Blood and Times of Lore.

Great release that I'm sure to pick up even though I have the original disk and they work fine. I glanced and saw the strategy guide on my shelf about 6 months ago so I replayed part of the game and it still holds up well.
The last couple releases haven't had wallpapers and I wish they had some included. I'm sure GOG knows how many people actually download the wallpapers so maybe there just isn't enough people that do.
Anyway, I personally like having all my GOG games wallpapers in auto rotation at work. It kind of even works as advertising as sometimes I end up talking with someone about the games.
Great game and great release though, thanks!
