I am so saddened by this travesty of reps, that I must surely cry.

My tears happened to drip out a code, one which I am not familiar with.

I think it is for the Spectrum package, and should it be, please have the good form to let me know if it is, in contrast to earlier redemptions. Thanks.

Yeah, I get invalid code for both of them. I don't know if it's a joke or you're genuine, but if you're genuine, I'd like to thank you anyway even though I can't redeem them. Very nice gesture.

Oh, ok, so it is normal to get "invalid code". I thought maybe if it had been claimed you would get a different message, like "code has already been used" or something.

I was confused because I kept getting invalid code instead of something like code has already been used or something, so I thought it was actually an invalid code.

Had I known your past generosity I wouldn't have even wondered.
